KE4–THE ULTIMATE CREATOR’S MACHINE

The famous brand "Gigabyte" has recently launched their new line-up series under the names "AERO" and "AORUS". While the Aero line up is entirely dedicated towards the creators across the digital platform to raise their content standards, the AORUS line up, on the other hand, is developed keeping in mind the gamers who seek high-end machinery to unleash the games' full potential as well as their skills. In this article we will specifically look at the AERO 5 KE4 from the Aero line up and read about its intriguing personality and various other details.

PRICE

The beast is priced at Rs 1,69,890, with the basic model having 16GB of RAM and an immensely huge 1TB of internal storage. If this doesn’t meet your requirements, you can go for a crazy customization that will allow you to increase your RAM by 64GB and have a 1TB of internal storage, which will cost you around Rs 2,11,890. while there is only one available colour, which is normal black by default.

Display

The sweet AMOLED panel comes with a 15’6" inch 3840*2160 resolution with an amazing refresh rate of 165Hz. The screen is bright enough and has a compressor that condenses the extra contrasty colour to even out without any compromise on the picture quality. You get an HD webcam that is efficient enough for all your video and conferencing needs. It doesn’t hurt the eyes despite the 8+ hours of work spent with the laptop. Although it's not a touch screen, it certainly does not give opportunities for complaints. To save those extra battery hours on the device without charge, one can manually reduce the refresh rate all the way to 60Hz. The pixel density is 282 (pixel per inch) PPI and has been fine tuned to a 16:9 ratio.

Weight

Compared to the bulky attire, the laptop is pretty light in weight. Weighing only 2.3kg, it makes us wonder how the brand could hide so much under the hood without compromising on its ultrafast efficiency. The display is a big 16-inch screen, so the dimensions are a bit on the larger side at 254mm of length, 357mm of height, and a total thickness of just 23.6mm. Performance

The laptop is powered by an i7-12700H CPU that helps with seemingly fast processing. To add to its benefits, the system includes DDR4 RAM to ensure that the creator never runs out of ideas and that all of his or her efforts bear fruit. The Aero 5 comes with a pre-installed original Windows 11 Home Edition as its OS. The fourteen dedicated cores on this machine double the dynamics and possibilities all together. The keys on the keyboard are properly padded and have a very beefy look on the exterior, while the press is satisfying enough without causing any extra effort.

BATTERY

For the better and longer battery life to endure those longer cut out hours when the device is completely reliable on its battery pack, it doesn’t disappoint at all. It has a charging capacity of up to 99Wh and a charging potential of 230W.

CONNECTIVITY

The brand offers multiple ports on the device for various kinds of connection with the laptop. It comes with one HDMI 2.1 port, three USB 3.2 (Gen 1, 5 Gb/s), and one ethernet port that supports speeds up to 2.5 GB/s for high connectivity with the internet. A mini display port and a thunderbolt-connected USB Type-C to DP 1.4/HDMI 2.0 port for connecting to larger displays. For wireless connectivity, it comes with the latest Intel Wi-Fi 6EQX211 Wi-Fi controller along with 2*2 radio control chains. Aero will also support bandwidths from 2.4Ghz to 6Ghz, which no other device can offer right now on the market. Graphic's Card

With the targeted customers being the creators, no doubt the company’s focus went on the development of video cards. It takes a lot to meet all the video and animation needs. The laptop comes with Intel Iris Xe graphics G7 96EUs completely integrated with the GPU, boasting video memory of up to 6GB. The main device is looked after by a powerful GeForce RTX 3070 from the GF RTX series, whose clock speed is currently not known.

Conclusion

Well, many of you might not be aware of this brand, but it made it’s debut in the Indian market a few years ago. It provides excellent performance, has good specifications, is about average in terms of battery life, and the price is reasonable when compared to other creator's laptops on the market. If you are a developer looking to upgrade to a new one, you can definitely opt for it, considering it a very good investment that money can buy.
